Research Management Essentials is a comprehensive course that provides a comprehensive and practical approach to conducting relevant, useful marketing and business research, this course examines consumer behavior and how it can influence decision-making as well as methodologies in order to gather primary and secondary research data, analyze and interpret that data, and make recommendations based on research activities. We will also explore the use of social media as a research tool–as well as conventional research methods.

It’s very easy to lose focus in business; research allows you to maintain and sustain a focused strategy on product development and innovative idea generation.  This course will provide a systematic and objective approach to the search for and analysis of information relevant to the identification and solution of marketing problems.

This course is just the starting point for learning to research effectively.  You will build valuable skills and techniques needed to present market research data, the foundation of a well conceived marketing strategy.
